I solved this problem by restarting both Finder and Google Drive
To close the Finder you can just close all the windows of Finder
To restart Google Drive, just click the Google drive logo on the top right bar, click gear button and then Exit
Then launch Google Drive again
It used to work but after my computer died and restarted, the plots on jupyter notebook were replaced with wide blank space.
I reinstalled plotly and restarted the kernel and things were back.
July26 2021: restarting the kernel is good enough ; refreshing the browser doesn't help
I copied these from UCL's instruction:
https://www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/how-to/connecting-to-eduroam-wi-fi-android
EAP method: PEAP
Phase-2 authentication: MSCHAPV2I wrote up an instruction here:

Interestingly I could install R packages from terminal sudo R
It turned out that the folder that Jupyter Lab R points to is different from what sudo R points to as well.
Eventually, to solve the problem, Martin wiped out my R installation directory. And probably it's a good idea for me not to install packages on sudo R but from notebook directly then.
"To initialize your shell, run..."
I ran "conda init bash" and restarted server but still couldn't solve the problem.
The solution from Kelvin:
in your ~/.bash_profile
add source activate root
right at the top
And then start a new linux terminal session
There was another R issue (see my next blog)

You may click on the play button of a song in an album but nothing happens.
This is a bug.
You can by pass by right clicking on the name of the song, Go to song radio, then play the song from the top of that radio list.
Then, click the song name to enter the song in its parental album.
Then click to play.
For MacOS Outlook client: right click on that message -> View Source, then you can find spam score in it.
