Disable Bing search page when you open chrome

1. click the top right button and click settings
2. In the section "On Startup" pick "Open a specific page or set of pages. " and click "set pages"
3. click the cross on the right of the bing search page
4. Click "OK"

Now restart chrome and see whether it's still there
