New type of university SPAM emails!!!

This funny email address sends you a warning message:

Our records show that your email has reached the storage limit set. Click here:http://caltechedu.fulba.com/upgrade.htm to upgrade your Quota.

Interestingly, the link they provided is not part of the caltech.edu 

And their contact name is "Caltech University".

I replied to their address and the delivery was blocked.
