[Solved] How to make custom tracks on UCSC genome browser follow the order you desire

When uploading multiple groups of customer tracks, you may find that UCSC merge your lists so that tracks in Group B don't necessarily appear below tracks in Group A.

In that case you can do this to make sure the two groups of tracks are separated:

Upload tracks in Group A first,
and then, go to the browser to view it,
and then manage custom tracks -> add Group B tracks.

In that way Group B will be below Group A
