How to install Chinese softwares on English windows 10 system

1. Install as usual
2. Switch your system locale into Chinese by doing:
    Control Panel -> Time, Language and Region -> Region -> Administrative -> Change system locale.... -> choose Chinese (simplified, China) -> Apply, OK
