Excel copy paste gene names converted to a date and corrupted

Sept7 is converted to September 7th

To fix this:
1. Type something on an excel file
2. Then select all
3. Command + 1 (Mac) or control +1 (windows), choose Text as the type
4. Delete what you typed
5. copy paste gene names into your formatted excel
