How to record a Mac screen using soundflower and quicktime

1. Turn on soundflower
2. Go to Mac system settings --> Sound, select 2ch as both input and output
3. increase volume
4. open quicktime and start new screen recording
5. record
6. close all the programs and reset sound settings to normal
