Google Calendar only shows "busy" when you import another user / team's calendar

If an event shows "busy" while it actually has content when viewed from the creator, you have to ask the creator to do the following things:

Stop searching for answers if you are not an admin --- i.e. if you don't have a G suite account or a domain to yourself.

You just simply can't do it.
(I've searched through google and stackexchange, no solutions)
