How to fix a mini-fan

I got a mini-fan like this : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07352KD2Y?aaxitk=AHuL4w0q-7Bw5FRugmht0A&pd_rd_i=B07352KD2Y&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=3930100107420870094&pf_rd_s=desktop-sx-top-slot&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=mini+fan&hsa_cr_id=2787314300101&sb-ci-n=asinImage&sb-ci-v=https%3A%2F%2Fimages-na.ssl-images-amazon.com%2Fimages%2FI%2F51t34taCUIL.jpg&sb-ci-a=B07352KD2Y

But after accumulating too much dirt, it is sometimes stuck. Here's how I managed to fix it:

1. Use an old toothbrush to insert into its inner space and brush off the dust. When you do this, you'd better do it next to a running air purifier or vaccum to reduce flying dust
2. Then put the fan face-down and hit it onto the ground to make sure dust trapped in the center is coming off. Flip it and do again.

Finally the fan should be able to run again.
